• Orders under $50 will be charged $8 for shipping within the U.S.

As a mixed media artist, I use a variety of materials to create my artwork.

The best way to know what was used to create my artwork, is to read the description on the individual item listing.

Refunds will not be given to commissioned or custom items as they cannot be resold.

Please note that all items are handmade & may have small flaws.

• If a product gets damaged during transit - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 14 day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email chyleeelaineart@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When the returned item is received and inspected, customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the return.

To best care for your resin piece, keep it out of direct sunlight. Over time direct sunlight exposure can cause the resin to become yellow instead of clear.

To clean your resin piece, you can wipe it with a damp, soft cloth. Use water to dampen the cloth.

Over time, resin may begin to display light scratches— especially if the resin piece is something functional like a serving tray, jewelry piece, phone case, etc. To prevent this, try to handle your resin piece as carefully as possible.
